General Contracting

 

General Contracting services are provided by Phelps Construction Company (PCC). Established in 1999, PCC is a custom home and commercial builder based in Valdosta, GA.  The company prides itself in completing projects in a timely and budget conscious manner.

 

Our residential building experience includes areas around Valdosta such as Cherry Creek, Kinderlou Forest, Stone Creek, Audobon Heights (Hahira) and privately owned properties with home size ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet.

Our commercial building experience includes a wide range of project types.  They include several historic rehabilitation projects in Downtown Valdosta, long term facilities maintenance for the Savannah Housing Authority, and religious facilities
